Job summary

Diversified Services Network, Inc. (DSN) in Mossville, IL, is seeking a full-time Test Engineer to validate engine structures and dynamics for large power systems.

You will develop and execute validation tests, analyze data, and support cross-functional teams to resolve field issues and improve product quality. Responsibilities include test planning, setting up equipment, performing modal and vibration analysis, and coordinating prototype hardware for testing.

Qualifications

• Must have a formal degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4+ years of testing experience.
• Experience planning, executing, and reporting validation tests.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation test plans for engine components and systems.
• Conduct engine structures, dynamics, vibration, and validation testing.
• Set up test equipment, instrumentation, and gaging as required.
• Analyze test data related to vibration, stress/strain, and structural dynamics.
• Coordinate design and procurement of prototype hardware for testing.
• Plan projects, manage testing activities, and generate technical reports.
