Job summary

Warren CAT in Oklahoma City seeks an Engine Shop Technician I (410) to provide high quality repair service on equipment, ensuring value for work performed. The role requires completing jobs within flat rate times and adhering to safety protocols.

Eligible candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of diesel/automotive experience, with proficiency in diagnostic software, tools, and equipment handling. This is a full-time position with a 4, 10-hour shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience as a diesel/automotive technician or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of diesel or gas engines, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical and pneumatic systems.
• Demonstrated ability to provide accurate quotes.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned jobs to meet flat rate times and re-do metrics.
• Work safely and follow WCAT safety policies and procedures.
• Complete related paperwork and access required databases accurately and timely.
• Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations.
• Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, inspect assemblies with minimal supervision.
