NCL America is seeking crew for engine room duties aboard our vessels. The role covers cleaning and painting the Engine Room, supporting maintenance under the First Engineer, and ensuring adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Required are six months of heavy machinery experience, basic-to-intermediate English, and STCW training. Candidates must work well in a multicultural setting and be prepared for a demanding schedule, including living in shared quarters.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six months experience with heavy machinery.
• English verbal and writing skills basic to intermediate.
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment and adapt to schedules.
• High school diploma or foreign equivalent required.
• Position-specific STCW training required.

Responsabilités

• Undertakes general cleaning and painting of Engine Room.
• Assists in maintenance and repairs as directed by the First Engineer.
• Follows Safety and Environmental Protection Policy and SMS.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
• Maintains cleanliness and order in Engine Rooms and workshops.
