Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Quality Program Manager for the Engine Programs. You will interface with site quality organizations, the Engine Program Office, and customers to ensure quality requirements are met across design, test, and manufacture of engine systems.

You will lead QA plans, root cause analysis, and corrective actions, working with a multidisciplinary team to drive continuous improvement and ensure safe, reliable spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• B.S. in engineering or technical field (required).
• 8+ years in manufacturing with at least 3 years in a quality engineering role.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and engineering drawings including Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T).
• Familiarity with AS9100 or ISO9000 quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between the Quality organization and the Engine Program.
• Develop and implement Program Quality Assurance Plans.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions with cross-functional teams.
• Present quality status and metrics at reviews and coordinate reviews.
