Job summary

StandardAero in Texas seeks a Manager, Engine Leasing to oversee end-to-end engine lease transactions and optimize asset utilization across the Commercial Engine Services group.

You will serve as a primary contact for global customers and internal stakeholders, coordinating across Sales, Operations, finance, and OEMs to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing. A strong background in aerospace assets and customer management is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, Finance, Supply Chain or related field.
• 5 years of aerospace/aviation experience including engine leasing, asset management, sales, account management, customer service, aftermarket services, or commercial operations.
• Experience managing customer relationships or commercial transactions in a B2B environment.
• Experience coordinating transactions, programs, or projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Experience analyzing data, preparing reports, and maintaining business records or databases.
• Ability to travel as required and provide after-hours support for AOG requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage Lease Transactions: oversee end-to-end life cycle of engine lease transactions from documentation through delivery and return.
• Manage Customer Relationships: serve as a key contact for global customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring a consistent customer experience.
• Optimize Engine Assets: coordinate availability, deployment, utilization, and lifecycles to maximize asset value.
• Coordinate Cross-Functionally: partner with Sales, Operations, shop teams, vendors, OEMs, and customers to prioritize requirements.
• Manage Documentation & Systems: maintain lease, asset, and customer records across systems per requirements.
• Manage Billing & Claims: prepare and review monthly invoices; resolve discrepancies and coordinate service invoices and payments.
• Analyze Business Performance: analyze revenue, margin, and asset performance; prepare reports to improve profitability.
• Support AOG Requirements: provide after-hours support for rapid asset deployment.
• Lead Special Projects: support enterprise initiatives related to asset optimization and process improvements.
• Drive Enterprise Collaboration: standardize processes and share best practices across units.
