This position offers broad exposure to engine rental activity, commercial execution, customer engagement, and portfolio optimisation in an international engine and aircraft leasing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term engine leasing transactions, extensions, and related commercial agreements
• Build and strengthen relationships with airline customers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver efficient transaction execution and timely commercial outcomes
• Drive portfolio performance through revenue optimisation, asset utilisation, and commercial planning
• Support operational improvements, reporting initiatives, and market analysis to enhance portfolio performance

Requirements

• Significant experience with a minimum of 10 years in engine leasing or aircraft leasing
• Strong commercial judgement with the ability to analyse data and support informed business decisions
• Demonstrated success managing customer relationships and engaging senior internal and external stakeholders
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable delivering results across multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced environment
