Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in engine leasing or aircraft leasing.
• Strong commercial judgement with data analysis ability.
• Experience managing customer relationships and senior stakeholders.
• Highly organised, proactive, and able to handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Manage short-term engine leasing transactions, extensions, and related commercial agreements
• Build and strengthen relationships with airline customers, OEMs, and key industry stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver efficient transaction execution and timely commercial outcomes
• Drive portfolio performance through revenue optimisation, asset utilisation, and commercial planning
• Support operational improvements, reporting initiatives, and market analysis to enhance portfolio performance
