Job summary

Kalitta Charters II seeks an experienced Engine Manager to oversee health monitoring, performance analysis, and maintenance planning for the CFM56-3 fleet. You will coordinate shop visits, manage life-limited parts, and ensure FAA compliance while optimizing reliability and cost performance.

The role requires strong aviation maintenance expertise, proactive leadership, and the ability to improve engine availability and dispatch reliability across the fleet.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with CFM56-3 or equivalent turbofan engines.
• Strong background in engine performance analysis, reliability engineering, and maintenance planning.

Responsibilities

• Monitor engine health, trends, reliability data, and abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate engine shop visits, teardown reviews, and return-to-service planning.
• Develop engine allocation, rotation, and removal strategies to optimize fleet availability.
