Job summary

Reviva Inc. in Fridley, MN is seeking a manufacturing associate to support engine component production. In this role you will prep surfaces, buff and clean parts, and operate hand, impact, and power tools to meet production targets.

Qualifications

• 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred; hand and power tools experience a strong plus.
• Proven ability to meet production metrics with high attention to detail.
• Natural mechanical inclination or strong interest in engine components.

Responsibilities

• Surface preparation: detailing and buffing to clean and smooth engine components.
• Tool proficiency: safely use hand, impact and power tools and equipment.
• Material handling: operate hoists, baskets and carts to move components.
• Quality assurance: follow Standard Work and report non-conformities.
• Maintenance & safety: perform preventative maintenance and keep a tidy workspace.
• Operational flexibility: adapt to different workstations and tasks as needed.
