Job summary

Reviva Inc. is seeking a Material Handler to support Shipping, Receiving, and Materials in Fridley, MN. You will help move products efficiently, maintain inventory accuracy, and follow safety rules in a fast-paced plant environment.

The role includes receiving, picking, packing, and shipping tasks, with opportunities to contribute to warehouse efficiency improvements. Prior forklift experience is preferred and a forklift safety certification may be pursued after hire.

Qualifications

• Proficient with inventory control software and Microsoft Office (Excel).
• Experience with forklift operations preferred and willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Accurately pull and verify parts according to production orders to ensure an uninterrupted manufacturing flow.
• Inventory Accuracy: Maintain real-time stock records by entering all material transactions into the BPCS inventory system.
• Stock Maintenance: Conduct daily cycle counts and manage Kanban bin replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Production Support: Provide rapid response to material requests from production lines to minimize downtime.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to transport goods throughout the facility.
• Process Compliance: Adhere to Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) for consistency and efficiency.
• Quality Control: Report discrepancies to prevent quality issues.
• Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow PPE and safety rules.

Summary:

As a Material Handler, you will support the daily operations of the Shipping, Receiving, and Materials department by ensuring the efficient movement of products throughout the manufacturing plant. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy and strictly adhering to all safety regulations. In this role, you will work closely with your team to perform key tasks including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities while contributing to strategies that improve overall warehouse efficiency.

Shift:

1 st Shift: 5am-1:30PM Monday -Friday. This Job may require daily, or weekend hours as needed.

• Flexibility:Adapt to changing production needs by assisting at different workstations or performing related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills:Proficient in inventory control software andMicrosoft Office (Excel); must be comfortable using email for daily communication.


• Equipment:Prior forklift experience preferred; must be willing and able to complete company-provided forklift safety certification.


• Industry Knowledge:Basic understanding of material handling, warehouse logistics, and inventory control principles.


• Detail Oriented:Strong focus on accuracy during picking, stocking, and data entry.


• Reliability:A proven track record of dependability and a commitment to a safe work environment.


• Stamina:Must be able to stand and walk on concrete floors for8-10 hours per shift.


• Physical Strength:Regularlymove, transport, and positionmaterials weighing up to70 lbs.


• Safety:Strict adherence toPersonal Protective Equipment (PPE)requirements and safe lifting techniques is mandatory.


• Conditions:Exposure to loud noise, chemicals, and metal particles; facility can be hot and humid during summer months.
