Reviva Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a focused Manufacturing Component Detailer to final-clean and prep engine parts for production. You will remove debris, buff surfaces, and ensure components meet strict quality standards in a fast-paced shop.

Applicants should be comfortable with hand and power tools, stand for long periods, lift up to 70 pounds, and work in a loud environment. On-the-job training and overtime opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and ability to meet production metrics.
• Experience with hand and power tools is preferred.
• Mechanical inclination and interest in engine components is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Surface preparation: detail and buff to clean and smooth engine components.
• Tool proficiency: safely use hand, impact, and power tools and specialized equipment.
• Material handling: operate overhead hoists, baskets, and carts to move components.
• Quality assurance: follow Standard Work and report non-conformities to supervisor.
• Maintenance & safety: perform routine maintenance and keep workspace clean per safety rules.
• Operational flexibility: adapt to different workstations and duties as production needs shift.
