Reviva Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Assembly Technician for our Engine Assembly department in Minnesota. You will assemble diesel engines to exact tolerances, following detailed work instructions and procedures.

The role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and staying on schedule in a fast-paced shop environment. The position requires prior mechanical assembly experience, comfort with hand and power tools, and the ability to read work orders and blueprints.

Qualifications

• Prior mechanical or mechanical assembly experience required.
• Prefer assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to work with hands, use tools, and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical assembly activities to required tolerances / specifications.
• Assemble components for diesel engines following standard work and assembly procedures.
• Collaborate with team to maintain smooth production flow and on-time delivery.
• Follow all processes according to standard work manuals.
• Operate hand and power tools as needed.
• Move and operate hoists, forklifts, and carts safely.
