Engine Power, Inc. in Wisconsin is hiring Assembly Technicians to join a supportive, collaborative team. You will use hand and power tools, read specifications, and assemble engines according to production work orders.

The role emphasizes safety, on-the-job training, and opportunities for growth, with first shift, casual attire, and bonus pay. You’ll work alongside a crew focused on quality and efficient assembly.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Ability to read and understand routings and shop manuals.
• Ability to lift materials up to 50 lbs.
• Electrical and mechanical competence preferred.
• Experience with industrial machinery and diesel engines preferred.

Mansioni

• Position, align, and fasten components using hand tools, power tools, calipers, torque wrenches, and fixtures.
• Assemble components onto engines in accordance with production work orders.
• Staging material, service, inspection and maintenance of equipment; measuring and testing equipment.
• May assist with assembly training.
• Participate in quality and problem-solving team efforts.
• Responsible for safety and housekeeping in the work area.
