Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and interpret instruction manuals/diagrams.
• Ability to measure and verify dimensions with basic tools.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing preferred.

• Assemble or install engine components and subassemblies per blueprints and work instructions.
• Use hand tools and electronic tooling; follow Lean methods for continuous improvement.
• Verify quality and report defects using standard checklists.
• Move and lift up to 40 lb; participate in team lifts for heavier items.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
