Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise 20–25 direct labor employees in engine assembly.
• Ensure a safe environment by enforcing safety policies and investigations.
• Plan and execute production schedules to meet requirements.
• Maintain accurate WIP/FGI inventory and minimize lead times.
• Drive productivity through lean initiatives and standard work.
• Motivate, coach and cross-train employees as needed.
• Develop and manage expense budgets for the department.
