Qualifications

• Bachelor/Associate degree preferred in engineering or manufacturing.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with naval hardware standards is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct and supervise 15+ union team members.
• Drive lean principles to improve processes and performance.
• Assist production scheduling to meet requirements.
• Provide KPIs and weekly reviews with leadership.
• Maintain safe environment and reduce hazards through action.
• Control WIP/FGI inventory and reduce lead times.
• Develop productivity improvements via standard work and lean methods.
• Mentor employees and foster cross-training as needed.
