Qualifications

• 5+ years of aircraft/engine maintenance with AD/SB, work order, and logbook experience.
• Strong analytical ability to translate data into actions.
• Proficiency with maintenance tracking and inventory systems; quick learner.
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure with attention to detail.
• Experience directing or reviewing remote or outsourced teams.
• FAA A&P Certification preferred.
• Experience with Traxxall/AvSight or similar platforms preferred.
• Background in engine or APU maintenance preferred.
• Experience managing MRO/vendor relationships preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure lease assets comply with Airworthiness Directives and Service Bulletins.
• Maintain current technical knowledge of asset condition (TSN/TSO/CSN/CSO, green time, LLP, etc).
• Conduct pre- and post-rental inspection audits and work order audits.
• Validate vendor documentation for brokered leases before client delivery.
• Approve technical workscope and sign off repair orders.
• Audit repair order close-out documentation.
• Analyze performance run data and maintenance data to identify degradation trends and recommend actions.
• Recommend asset utilization and deployment to Asset Management leadership.
• Manage logbooks and documentation for lease and acquired assets.
• Enroll assets in Traxxall and maintain accurate real-time maintenance records.
• Direct and review the Philippines-based support team’s records and enrollment work.
• Monitor MRO vendor performance for quality and compliance.
• Support planning for unplanned requirements, new leases, and post-lease records.
• Keep AvSight and Traxxall current across assigned assets.
• Participate in planning reviews, providing technical and airworthiness visibility into fleet condition and risk.
