Job summary

Blue Ridge Communications TV-13 in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania seeks a dynamic weather presenter to deliver weekday forecasts and a weekly feature story. You will translate weather data into conversational, relatable information for our local audience and participate in multi‑platform broadcasts.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• PA residency is required.
• Valid PA driver's license and good driving record.
• Strong on-air presence and communications skills.
• Experience producing weather graphics is preferred.
• Shooting and editing experience is helpful.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecast local weather for a seven‑county region.
• Prepare relevant weather graphics to communicate the forecast.
• Present the live weather forecast across multiple platforms.
• Utilize computer model data to produce an accurate forecast.
• Other duties as assigned.
