Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months Teller or cash handling experience required.
• Six months customer service experience required.
• Bachelor’s Degree may substitute for experience.
• Six months working in a team environment required.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and process transactions, maintaining accuracy.
• Maintain branch appearance and provide a clean, welcoming environment.
• Explain basic products and services and identify member needs.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, checks, and account updates.
