YMCA of Greater Hartford is seeking a Child Care Site Lead for Mayberry Elementary School. The role entails supervising a school-age program in the East Hartford area, with duties from 7am-8:30am and 3pm-6pm and regular family communication.

You will implement developmentally appropriate activities, promote inclusive practices, and ensure safety and compliance with state guidelines within a supervised, supportive environment.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 credits in school age or elementary education.
• Connecticut State Dept of Education elementary education certification preferred.
• High school diploma with 45 hours of school age/elementary training via OEC Registry.
