• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the menu to enhance conversations.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist guests to resolution of concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
