Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Restaurant Server for the Hotel Indigo Cleveland Gateway. You will greet guests, present menus, and guide them through culinary choices to create an engaging dining experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant pre-shift for service.
• Greet guests as they arrive and guide them through the menu.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the menu to enhance conversations.
• Work collaboratively with servers and kitchen staff.
• Assist guests to resolution of concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate bill presentation.
