Qualifications

• One year of experience in facilitating training or instruction for adult learners.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; property management experience is a plus.
• Strong classroom management and feedback delivery abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and learning platforms.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate full week of structured new hire training for office and service team associates, delivering established content in an engaging and effective manner.
• Prepare training room, materials, and equipment ahead of each session.
• Adapt facilitation to accommodate a range of experience levels and learning needs.
• Schedule and conduct structured training check-in calls with new hires and their supervisors during the weeks following classroom training.
• Provide individualized coaching and feedback to reinforce training concepts and support early skill reinforcement and development.
• Complete internal documentation for all training check-in calls accurately and on time.
• Monitor learning management system for attendance, training completion, and assessment outcomes.
• Administer assessments and evaluations to identify areas where additional support is needed.
• Communicate ongoing support needs to supervisors, and upscale completion gaps and early performance flags to supervisors and Learning & Development leadership.
• Facilitate ongoing in person and virtual training for current associates as scheduled.
• Partner with the Training Support Manager on scheduling, logistics, and supply needs.
• Provide feedback to the content team on training materials based on classroom experience and associate questions.
