Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking a Swim Instructor to join our energetic team at our state-of-the-art facility. This onsite position involves teaching children to swim in a fun, safe environment and providing excellent customer service to families.

Training is provided, and the role offers flexible part-time schedules with opportunities for additional shifts. Starting pay is $15.50+ per hour, with a supportive team culture and opportunities to grow within the program.

Qualifications

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow safety guidelines and Aqua-Tots procedures
• Attend monthly in-service training
• Track student swim progression through levels
• Provide outstanding customer service to all guests
• 4-6 hour shifts teaching 8 or 9 classes back to back
• Availability to work one weekend shift from 8:30am-3pm (Saturday or Sunday)

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels
• Create and implement lesson plans and conduct group/individual lessons
• Provide constructive feedback to students and their parents
• Ensure pool area safety and maintain a clean teaching environment
• Receive comprehensive training; prior teaching experience not required
