Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking a Swim Instructor to teach children how to swim in a fun, safe environment. This onsite role involves planning lessons, guiding students through progress, and ensuring a positive experience for families. Training is provided and prior teaching experience is not required.

The position offers a starting pay of $15.50+ per hour, with flexible part-time schedules, weekly pay, and opportunities for extra shifts in a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Provide a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Attend monthly in-service training.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans and conduct group and individual lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents and ensure pool safety.
