Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is seeking an energetic Swim Instructor to teach children swimming in a fun, safe environment. Onsite position with training provided and growth opportunities. Starting pay is $15+ per hour, with weekly pay and flexible schedules.

No prior teaching experience is required as we provide comprehensive training to all new instructors. Availability includes weekend shifts and part-time opportunities, joining a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Passion for swimming and working with children.
• Willingness to train and follow Aqua-Tots procedures.
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to guests.
• Availability for 4–6 hour shifts and one weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans, conduct group and individual lessons.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Ensure safety of all participants and maintain a clean teaching environment.
• Track student swim progression through levels.
