Job summary

Aqua-Tots Swim School is hiring a Swim Instructor to teach children to swim in a fun, safe environment. No prior teaching experience is required as comprehensive training is provided. This onsite role offers a supportive team, a starting pay of $15.50+ per hour, and a chance to grow with a positive, energetic culture.

The position features flexible part-time schedules, weekend shifts, and weekly pay, with bonuses and room for advancement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates love for swimming and children.
• Provides a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follows Aqua-Tots safety guidelines and procedures.
• Attends monthly in-service training.
• Tracks student swim progression and provides feedback to parents.

Responsibilities

• Teach swimming lessons to children of all ages and skill levels.
• Create and implement lesson plans for group and individual lessons.
• Maintain safety in the pool area and a clean teaching environment.
• Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Assist with scheduling and class management as needed.
