Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of latest mixology trends.
• Ability to describe and sell beverages.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide welcoming service at the bar area.
• Maintain daily bar setup and stock.
• Guide guests on beverage selections with descriptive selling.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Collaborate with restaurant servers and kitchen staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Process payments and manage checkout at POS.
• Stock and store beverages, garnishes, and perishables daily.
