Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality seeks a motivated Bartender for our Residence Inn Berkeley location. You will engage guests from greeting to departure, craft beverages per recipes, and ensure timely, accurate service in a fast-paced setting.

Requirements include 2–4 years of bartender experience and a current certification or license. Strong communication and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits are essential to create an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Two to four years bartender experience.
• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and ensure welcoming bar experience.
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Describe menu and guide guests through drink selections.
• Take accurate orders, confirm special requests, and input into POS.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Provide timely, accurate bill presentation and resolve guest concerns.
