Job summary

The Mission Inn Hotel & Spa, a Pyramid Global Hospitality property in Riverside, CA, seeks a customer-focused Bartender to deliver memorable beverage experiences. You will greet guests, craft drinks, and guide them through the menu with descriptive selling while maintaining stock, accuracy, and speed in a vibrant, upscale setting.

Ideal candidates bring 2–4 years of bartender experience, current certification, and a passion for mixology, wine, beer, and spirits.

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology.
• Descriptive and sales-oriented approach.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the bar area and provide engaging service.
• Maintain bar setup and stock levels daily.
• Guide guests through the beverage menu with descriptive selling.
• Take and confirm orders accurately; handle special requests.
• Work with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Prepare and present beverages following recipes; manage garnishes and perishables.
• Handle POS transactions and finalize guest checks.
