Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Bartender for the Aloft Sarasota Hotel, downtown Sarasota, FL. You will deliver memorable hospitality, engage guests from greeting to departure, and craft beverages with precision.

Join a team focused on exceptional service and guest satisfaction. The role requires 2-4 years of bartender experience, current certification, and knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• 2-4 years of bartender experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey through menu knowledge.
• Be accurate in order taking and confirm special requests.
• Be the master of the bar and enhance conversations.
• Work with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to resolve concerns and leave them happy.
• Finalize the experience with timely and accurate billing.
• Stock and store beverages and garnishes daily.
• Mix, garnish and present drinks following standard recipes.
