Responsibilities

• Greet guests in the bar area.
• Maintain bar setup daily.
• Suggest beverages with menu descriptions.
• Take accurate orders and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar details to enhance conversation.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills accurately and timely.
• Stock beverages and garnishes daily.
• Prepare drinks following recipes and portion control.
• Enter orders into POS and generate guest checks.
• Lock and store beverages and equipment; handle cash drops.
