Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is hiring a Bartender to provide engaging service in our OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park bar. You will mix cocktails, serve drinks, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere while upholding all laws and guidelines.

The role emphasizes guest interaction, knowledge of drink recipes, and adherence to portion controls. The position requires a high school diploma, bartending experience in a full-service setting, and familiarity with food-handling and alcohol-licensing

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; mixology courses and certifications are preferred.
• Previous experience as a Bartender in a full-service restaurant or bar.
• Great communication skills to interact with bar customers and resort associates.
• Relevant certifications for food handling & serving alcohol; any state required licensing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Computer proficiency to use resort’s point of sale system

Responsibilities

• Be present at bar at all times.
• Display knowledge of basic drink service and bar terminology.
• Prepare and serve cocktail orders in a timely manner.
• Balance bank and daily receipts.
• Check guests for proper identification.
• Detect and act upon customer inebriation as trained.
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisor to include cross training.
