Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with bar service.
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Guide guests through beverage choices with descriptive selling.
• Accurately take orders and confirm special requests.
• Master bar operations and conversations to enhance guest interaction.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present checks and manage cash/credit transactions.
• Replenish stock and manage garnishes, beverages and perishables.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes with portion control.
