Qualifications

• Engaging and welcoming personality.
• Current bartender certification or license.
• Knowledge of the latest mixology trends.
• 2–4 years of bartender experience.
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the bar area.
• Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily.
• Describe and guide guests on the beverage menu.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar and enhance conversations with guests.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen/bar staff.
• Assist guests to resolve concerns to their satisfaction.
• Present bills accurately and promptly to guests.
• Stock beer, wine, and spirits; manage perishables daily.
• Prepare and present drinks following recipes with portion control.
