Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a Staff Accountant for The DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Logan Airport Chelsea. You will ensure daily revenue recording, post AP/AR activities, and support audit processes in a fast‑paced hotel environment.

Candidates should have accounting education, hotel POS/FOH familiarity, and strong Excel skills to balance daily postings and generate accurate reports for management.

Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of a hotel Front Office system preferred.
• Understanding of POS systems and how they maintain and process information.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of daily outlet totals.
• Input revenues daily into revenue reports with supporting documentation.
• Reconcile daily credit card postings and settlements.
• Distribute daily reports timely and file all accounting reports properly.
• Prepare checks with supporting invoices for payment processing and signature.
