Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc. is seeking enthusiastic After-School Baseball Instructors to lead fun, engaging baseball enrichment programs for elementary-aged students at schools throughout Baltimore City.

If you enjoy coaching, mentoring, and helping children develop baseball fundamentals while building confidence and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you. This part-time role runs weekdays after school, with curriculum and equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching baseball or working with children.
• Comfortable working with students in grades K–5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Baltimore City

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging baseball sessions for elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and activities.
• Teach throwing, catching, hitting, fielding, teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Create a fun, safe and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership
