Job summary

BBA Afterschool is hiring enthusiastic After-School Sports Coaches to lead Soccer or Flag Football programs for elementary students in Baltimore, MD. Part-time, after-school hours with 1.5-hour sessions and a curriculum provided.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or playing soccer or flag football is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to teach age-appropriate fundamentals to elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer or flag football sessions for elementary students.
• Teach age-appropriate fundamentals and skills.
• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and positive behavior.
• Follow the program curriculum and activities.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive learning environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.
