Job summary

The Waters is hiring an Activity Aide Assistant in Tennessee to support the Activity Director by carrying out planned programs for residents. The role includes assisting with equipment, transporting residents, and performing clerical tasks in accordance with regulations and company policies.

The ideal candidate should be energetic, personable, and able to motivate participants to join activities such as arts, crafts, outdoor events, and exercise. CNA certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the activity director in carrying out planned activity programs.
• Maintain records and transport residents to activities.
• Support safety and proper use of equipment during activities.
• Help lead residents in group activities (exercise, crafts, etc.).
• Assist in planning programs to promote socialization, relaxation and exercise.
