Qualifications

• Enhance residents' quality of life per organization policies and objectives.
• Provide one-to-one activities matching residents' needs.
• Project a positive image when dealing with residents, co-workers, and the public.
• Assist with errands and activity-related tasks like decorating and crafts.

Responsibilities

• To enhance the quality of life for residents/clients according to established policies, procedures and objectives of the organization.
• One-to-one activities utilizing interpersonal needs to meet resident/client needs.
• Projects a positive image of the organization in dealing with residents/clients, co-workers, public.
• Errands, handling resident mail, flower arranging, seasonal decorating, cleaning activity areas/storage space, photographing of residents, serving of special meals, baking, gardening, creating craft projects.
