Westside Children’s Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Schaumburg, IL. You will deliver play-based ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, collaborate with families, and help collect accurate behavior data.

A strong focus on engagement and compassionate communication will help you support each child’s progress. You’ll work in a supportive, collaborative environment with flexible schedules and opportunities to advance your RBT certification.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active RBT certification required within 60 days of hire.

Responsabilidades

• Implement direct ABA therapy services for assigned clients.
• Engage with BCBA during regular supervision sessions to ask questions and receive feedback.
• Collect and record client behavioral data and complete all required documentation accurately and on time.
