Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED verified during background check.
• Strong computer skills including data entry and keyboarding.
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Word.
• Excellent customer service with a friendly, compassionate tone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to patients, members, and customers to discuss healthcare needs and scheduling.
• Present the value of the healthcare program and build trust with the member.
• Address hesitations and promote benefits to maximize engagement.
• Identify and resolve issues while delivering exceptional service.
