Job description

We are looking for an engagement specialist who will be the first point of contact for our clients. The successful candidate will educate individuals about their LHH career transition services and connect them to resources based on their needs. They will be mindful of the emotions clients experience regarding their future uncertainty.

Reporting Relationships:

• Reports to the NA, Engagement Performance & Quality Manager

• Remote

In this role, you can expect to:

Key Accountabilities:

• Demonstrate knowledge of all LHH programs, features, and benefits during calls.
• Provide professional and timely follow-up to all client inquiries.
• Manage expectations by clearly communicating next steps and timelines.
• Meet or exceed engagement KPI metrics.
• Follow outreach protocols.
• Document engagement efforts accurately in ORBIT.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to calls, emails, and SMS, explaining solutions and ensuring clients feel supported.
• Engage in active listening, confirm information, and diffuse angry clients as needed.
• Use software, databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
• Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand knowledge.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
