Are you passionate about educational technology and making a real difference in student outcomes? Join a growing edtech company that partners directly with college faculty to provide personalized learning solutions that drive student success. We’re looking for a driven, relationship-oriented Educational Courseware Sales Representative to help expand our presence across colleges and universities nationwide.

This is a field-based role focused on driving revenue growth by promoting a portfolio of digital courseware solutions, with a particular emphasis on math curriculum. If you’re energized by consultative selling, have experience working with higher education institutions, and want to contribute to the future of learning, we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Travel to college campuses (4 days/week) within a 5-hour radius of your home base to promote courseware solutions including software, textbooks, and workbooks.
  • Identify new opportunities, develop strategic sales plans, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to adoption.
  • Build and nurture relationships with faculty, departments, and academic committees to understand their instructional goals and align solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with Customer Success and Marketing teams to maximize client engagement and long-term growth.
  • Represent the company at educational conferences, webinars, and in-person presentations.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and manage your pipeline to ensure forecasting accuracy and accountability.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2–3 years of successful field sales experience, ideally in educational technology or higher education publishing.
  • A track record of working with higher education institutions, particularly in STEM or math-related curriculum.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to a variety of audiences.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • Willingness to travel overnight 2–3 times per month during peak seasons (Sept–Nov and Jan–May), including occasional evening work during high-activity periods.
