You will coordinate monthly recreation services, track participation, and contribute during care plan meetings.

The role emphasizes clear communication, strong organizational skills, and positive interaction with patients, families, and staff to support well-being and quality

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and implement engagement activities for patients/residents across physical, creative, cognitive, social, spiritual needs.
• Document attendance and participation in recreation programs.
• Attend care plan meetings as needed.
