Job summary

Milwaukee Rep in Milwaukee, WI seeks a Manager of Engagement Programs to plan and implement engagement initiatives in collaboration with the Director of Engagement. You will oversee the Connections Series, build community partnerships, and coordinate education & engagement activities across the department.

Responsibilities include coordinating TalkBacks, Dinner Dialogue, Story Wall content, and community nights, while supporting ACCESS programs and volunteer coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, event planning, or education programs.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Comfortable presenting ideas and representing the company at events.
• Knowledge of theater and arts education is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for engagement programming and calendar management.
• Process payments for guest artists, speakers, and facilitators.
• Contribute to evaluation, archiving, and reporting for engagement programs.
• Collaborate with the E&E Administrator on marketing and program logistics.
• Assist in guiding E&E interns and staff on engagement initiatives.
• Support equity, diversity, and inclusion efforts across E&E programming.
• Represent Milwaukee Rep at community events and partner meetings.
• Support school programs, teen programs, and School of Theater activities.
