Job summary

Milwaukee Repertory Theater in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a Manager of Engagement Programs to assist in planning and implementing engagement programming in collaboration with the Director of Engagement. You will oversee the Connections Series, nurture partnerships across the city, and support communication of Engagement activities within the Education & Engagement Department.

Qualifications

• Experience in office administration, event planning, or education programs.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with diverse communities.
• Comfortable speaking in front of groups and representing the company.
• Knowledge and passion for theater.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Acrobat).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage engagement programming across the season.
• Process payments for guest artists, speakers, and facilitators.
• Support evaluation, archiving, and reporting for ENG programs.
• Collaborate on marketing Engagement programming.
• Coach and guide E&E interns and EPRs.
• Build equity, diversity, and inclusion into all E&E programming.
• Represent Milwaukee Rep at community events.
