Job summary

Cengage Group in Massachusetts is seeking a Marketing Manager for Engagement on the Faculty Marketing team to develop and deliver customer engagement strategies that drive product adoption, customer success, and retention across Gale, Visible Body, Spark (ELL), and other strategic products.

You will own the Gale monthly newsletter, social media, and global website messaging, coordinate product launches and migrations, and partner with Product Managers to ensure consistent, on-brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in customer or engagement marketing.
• Experience developing customer communications across email, web, social media, and digital channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement marketing for customer outreach across the portfolio (Gale, Visible Body, Spark/ELL).
• Coordinate onboarding and usage communications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop and manage the Gale monthly newsletter and social media strategy.
• Ensure consistent messaging across the global website and Help documentation.
