Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer marketing, lifecycle, or engagement marketing.
• Experience creating customer communications across email, web, social and digital channels.
• Strong project management with ability to lead multiple initiatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with marketing automation, CRM, and analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as engagement marketing lead for customer outreach across Gale, Visible Body, Spark (ELL) and other strategic products.
• Lead customer messaging for transitions of Visible Body and Spark to MindTap with core marketing functionality.
• Coordinate with Product Managers and Engagement Team to ensure onboarding, education and usage communications throughout the product lifecycle.
• Coordinate communication plans for product launches, migrations and other customer-impacting initiatives outside the core CLP portfolio.
• Own Gale monthly customer newsletter from editorial planning to performance optimization.
• Responsible for Gale social media strategy and execution for supported products.
• Ensure messaging reflected across global website, Help docs and other resources; support migration of materials into new global website.
• Maintain regular cadence of customer communications highlighting updates, best practices, success stories, and new capabilities.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate features into customer-focused messaging across channels.
• Ensure messaging aligned across products, channels and touchpoints; reinforce brand voice.
• Measure and optimize engagement performance using campaign metrics.
