Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver customer engagement strategies to drive adoption.
• Lead onboarding, education, and usage communications across the product lifecycle.
• Own the Gale monthly customer newsletter, including planning and performance.
• Coordinate product launches, migrations, and other customer-impacting initiatives.
• Measure engagement and optimize lifecycle programs through analytics.
